There are seven properties owned or affiliated to the Tai-Pan group: Tai Pan Hotel Bangkok; Ruamjai Heights Condominium Bangkok; Tai Pan Hotel Vientiane Laos; Fortune Hotel Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ;Garden Hotel Singapore; Mandarin Garden Hotel, Nanjing, China; Donguan Hotel, Donguan, China; The Tai Pan Group is also involved in Marketing and Management services for three to four star independent hotels in the provinces and resort areas in Thailand.

Facility in rooms: Mini-bar, Microwave, Toaster, Cable TV. Other service facilities are Pan Kitchen Restaurant, Pan Pub, Swimming Pool, Health club, Sauna, Business center and Internet Corner.

The Tai-Pan Group has also set up a marketing company, called The Tai-Pan Vacation Club (TPVC) to sell Timeshare ownerships in the Tai-Pan Hotel. There are about five hundred affiliated hotels and resorts in the TPVC portfolio……
