RMI Asia Pacific is an associate company of the RMI Consortium, one of the largest timeshare developers in Europe, with a multinational member base in excess of 30,000 and 35 resort destinations throughout Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia in its Atlas Multi-Destination club portfolio.

In 1998, the RMI Consortium, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary this year, established an office in Thailand to promote the sales and marketing of its products, and acquired inventory in four different resorts in Thailand.
