The Performance of TVOA : การดำเนินงานของสมาคม TVOA

TVOA organized seminar on the "Timeshare the New Opportunity for Thai Hoteliers" 
at the Sirikit Covention Hall . The seminar is organized with an time to publicize the expansion of timeshare business in Thailand after serveral local international-level hotels joined the timeshare business as well as to build the trust among the members and assure the Hoteliers on the positive trend of the business.

- The TVOA 's members meeting will be organized annually to discuss the problem
of the business and find the solution for the timeshare members and business operators.

- TVOA had discussed with its members on the drafting of timeshare law and 
proposed to the Cabinet through the Tourism Authroity of Thailand.

- TVOA had established a Hot Line Center at the Hutchinson & Co. Sevice (HCS),
the British financial company to provide the service on the verification of the business operators 
and defend for timeshare members on their rights. This Hot Line Center act as the center to release upon request, the infomation of the timeshare operators to all the timeshare members or potential purchasers. If the member encounter with any problems regarding to the purchase of timeshare member, the center will not pursue the legal matter but will act as the coordinator to solve the problem via TVOA. TVOA will find out the fact and work on the solution with the related association's members. Timeshare members can contact the center at Tel.576-1840 

All the member of TVOA are required to include in its contacts the written message to the members that they can call the Hot Line Center if they have any problems or need verification.

Business " in Thailand at March 19 - 20 2001, Sheraton Grande Hotel to discuss the opportunity
and future trend of timeshare business in Thailand.
